How Malin Mady Events Came to Life
"After years of experience in the event industry, Malin transformed her passion into purpose by launching her own event planning company in April 2025—a bold step into an exciting new chapter. This move into entrepreneurship gave her the freedom to fully embrace her love for event planning and design, bringing her unique creative vision to life."

"Malin's journey began several years ago when she started as a wedding assistant. She continued to grow in the industry by working as a Sales Specialist for Event Rentals, where she also supervised events to ensure every detail went flawless. As Malin expanded her skills, she gained experience in both floral and rental sales. Over time, she gradually transitioned into event planning and design—a decision that has proven to be one of the best she’s ever made.
Today, that passion is shared with a talented team of coordinators who bring creativity, organization, and heart to every event we plan. Together, we’re proud to collaborate with some of the most trusted vendors in the industry to create unforgettable experiences.

Meet Malin Mady Events's founder and CEO
Malin grew up in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a lifelong passion for travel. Mexico had always been at the top of her must-visit list, and in 2017, she finally made the trip — and instantly fell in love.
Not only did she fall for the vibrant culture and breathtaking beauty of the country, but it was also where she met her husband, the love of her life. Marriage had never been a priority for her — until she met "the one." It was also in Mexico that her love for weddings and event planning was born.
Today, Malin lives her dream in the heart of Baja California Sur, where she brings beautiful celebrations to life and continues her journey surrounded by love, happiness, and memories that last a lifetime."
